Kate, 35, spoke of the ‘sheer overwhelming experience’ of motherhood, and the insecurities she's felt because of it.
‘Becoming a mother has been such a rewarding and wonderful experience,’ she said.
‘However, at times it has also been a huge challenge — even for me who has support at home that most mothers do not,’ the mother-of-two said during the London event which launched the Out of the Blue series of educational films about maternal mental health.

Kate and her husband, Prince William, are parents to three-year-old Prince George and his sister, Princess Charlotte, who turns two in May.
