Having a baby can be an anxious time with all the new expectations and so many new things to learn. All new mums and dads need to take steps to protect them selves from this escalating into something that can be difficult to switch off. Post natal anxiety is very closely aligned to post natal depression, and it can be difficult to distinguish between them.
