My waters broke at midnight. I felt very calm as had been using the techniques taught. I spoke to Salisbury Hospital and they told me to come in as they needed to check whether baby was engaged and whether my waters really had broken. Thank you once again for the hypnobirthing...very much used with the birth of this little one. The birth didn't exactly go to plan but thankfully I was able to keep calm and when lost my focus I was able to get back to my calm place fast.
Thanks to your help I managed to stay calm and focused. I felt in control and the midwives did everything they could to heal the wounds of my last birth. It was a smooth and healing experience.
